Hagi ware in 1967. He mainly makes tea utensils and has been selected for the Yamaguchi Art Exhibition and Kyushu Yamaguchi Ceramics Exhibition since 1972. In 1974 he opened the Furuhata kiln. He has solo exhibitions at Akasaka Gallery, Tokyu Department Store, and Tobu Department Store, mainly in Tokyo.
